PREP & BEDLINER COATING

Our Cartwright facility preps trailers for rugged durability by applying a tough, textured bedliner coating that withstands heavy use. All Cartwright-built trailers* (excluding the Heavy Deck Overs) are protected with Rainbow’s “DARK ARMOR,” featuring Carlisle Polyurethane Systems’ new Intellathane™ — a high-performance industrial spray coating engineered for superior durability, corrosion resistance, and impact protection.

PRIME & PAINT

At our Niverville facility, every trailer goes through a meticulous prep process to ensure surfaces are clean and primed for a smooth, even coat of high-quality paint — delivering a sleek, durable finish built to last. Every Rainbow Trailer rolls out of the factory ready for the road ahead.
